Q: I ordered two items, why did I only receive one?
- If you have ordered multiple items and have not received all the items, please allow 3-5 days time allowance since some items are shipped separately. If you haven't received the item after 3-5 days time allowance, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: Why does my tracking info say invalid/not available/not found?
- Allow up to 24-72 hours for the post office to update.
